Care instructions

All of our garments are made with care by Peruvian artisans and local workshops, please treat them carefully. We recommend:

  • Hand wash in cold water & dry cleaning.
  • Avoid bleach
  • Low iron & do not tumble dry

Shipping

Delivery in Lima can take between 1 and 2 days after you have placed your order, while the average delivery to any Peruvian department outside Lima can take between 2 and 7 days.

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

As for international orders, we ship all goods from Perú using DHL. Average international delivery time is 5 to 10 working days from the day your order has been placed.

You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our Peruvian warehouse, approx. 2 to 3 business days from order date.

There may be local taxes and duties for your order depending on the destination country, you will be required to pay them to the courier at delivery. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Please note that the tax deduction only applies on markets where local customs add tax and duty – there will be no deduction of tax for markets with no additional local customs charges.

 

Returns & Refunds

Within Perú, changes will only be accepted within 7 calendar days from the shipping confirmation, please write an email to contact@vagrant.pe for coordination.

Exchanges made outside of Perú are not accepted and we do not refund money under any circumstance.

Please note our Web – shop can only accept returns bought directly from vagrant.pe. If you bought a garment from a retailer, we suggest you go back to the same shop in order to exchange it.

Changes can only be made once & the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our showroom, and will incur the shipping cost.

Once your package reaches our showroom, please allow 1 to 4 business days for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.

Changes in products are always made with a ticket or sales invoice.

Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.

You can exchange your purchase for a product of the same or a greater value (by paying the difference), there will be no store credit for exchanges of minor value.

No changes or refunds are accepted on products in sale or used items.
